Fall weather
Something
about the Fall weather that make you want to get up and get your day started.
Stepping outside and let the Autumn weather hit you in the face. The best
feeling when you fix some nice warm tea or coffee. I love the pumpkin spice
coffee along with the cinnamon stick, lemon, and honey with the tea.
A walk in the park
This pass
Saturday, I went to the park to do some fitness, which was mainly walking and a
little bit of running around the park for two laps. It was cloudy but the
weather was nice. The park I go to, the lap is a big circle so it was easy to
have a starting point.
The idea
I
believe Thursday night, it came across my mind to go to the park on the weekend
for my morning routine. I need to get back into working out. Now, I did Zumba
which I need to head back to that and pole dancing. Pole dancing was a workout
and I LOVE IT!!! This tummy I have, need to go down! 😩😞😕
Saturday
I set my
alarm clock at 6:45 a.m., because it's dark around that night, I decide to wake
up an hour later so there will be some light when I go to the park. I know some
people do their walking routine real early with the street lights on, but for
me I don't feel comfortable. So, I went to the park around 9 something, I
didn't have any breakfast only a bottle of water and three slices of lemon.
Play some motivate audio with some well-known speakers. I drunk some water
first then some later after my walk.
Motivate
I started
listening to some motivate speakers. I received the idea from YouTube. I been
trying to try something to keep me motivated in the morning time. Once I came
across the videos I went ahead and download the two audio and use it in the
morning time when I get ready for work. When I first downloaded, I listen to it
non-stop in my car on my way to work.
Audio
I found
another one that is 21 minutes long, and I play it while I was at the park, and
the others. They are definitely helpful to keep me moving
Successful or Unsuccessful
It was a
SUCCESSFUL routine. I just need to stay with it. I might start with the park
first then ZUMBA, hmmm!!!
