Omelet Muffins

Egg Muffins

Hey, have you ever want to make your breakfast little more unique and exciting when it comes to breakfast time? Of course the famous breakfast foods: bacon, egg, hash brown, sausage, grits, pancakes/waffles, fruit on the side, and others! Nowadays, when it comes to breakfast it's more of different breakfast burritos, egg muffins, avocado on toast with other toppings, a smoothie bowl and much more. Eating healthy is trending and becoming popular than before, I am going to say 75 - 80% (making a prediction) of people is heading the path on staying healthy by starting their first meal of the day with breakfast. Growing up I was not a fan on eating breakfast, breakfast wasn't my first meal of the day, until I got a little older and start appreciate breakfast more. My breakfast is a cup of coffee! I start trying fruits with yogurt, scrambled eggs, trait mixes, an on the weekends bacon, scramble eggs, grits, and nice crispy hot dog.

I have been searching the web on ideas for a healthy breakfast that's been trending. I haven't try all of them but I am planning on doing so.

The first one on the list is Egg Muffins!

This is easy to make and delicious to the tummy! It's just like an omelet but instead of a skillet we are using a muffin pan! Because this is an omelet, you can put any ingredients of your taste.

Ingredients:

2-3 eggs
1/4 cup Mushroom
1/4 cup Vegetable Fajita
5 Grape or Cherry Tomatoes
Dash Ground Black Pepper and Salt
1/4 tsp Olive oil or Melted Butter

Instructions:

Turn on oven 375 degrees

Pour 1/4 tsp of olive oil or melted butter and brush around the muffin cup so the omelet won't stick to the pan

Slice and cut mushrooms, vegetable, and tomatoes

Use the whisk to make omelet fluffy

Crack the eggs into the bowl, whisk the eggs, add salt and pepper along with the other ingredients and mix them all together
Use 1/3 cup measurement cup to scoop the ingredients and pour into the muffin cup.

Cook the egg muffins for 15-18 minutes
Once it's done let it sit for 3 minutes and Enjoy!
