I was sushi

Hello,

Have you ever had sushi before? When was your first time tasting it? Did you like it, love it, or not for me? What is your favorite(s) one?

I am a fan of sushi!, but never try to make it myself until today! I don't remember when the first time I try sushi, but ever since then I have been a fan! This is my first time making sushi, I didn't want to get too much ingredients. Just enough to test it out.

Sushi is easy to make, I think the issue will be rolling the seaweed with the ingredients inside.
Tip: Do not put too much on top of the sushi.
I learn my lesson, do not put too might rice on top of the seaweed. When I made it the second time, I put enough rice but not too much, and it was a little better when it came to rolling the sushi.

Ingredients:

Seaweed wrap
Carrots sticks
Jasmine Rice
Iceberg lettuce
Imitation crab meat
Teriyaki sauce
Cajun seasoning
Black pepper

Introductions:

I don't have the bamboo mat, so I use the plastic wrap to place my seaweed on. I use the Blue Dragon brand. I brush a little bit of water on the seaweed, but you don't have too ( I wanted too).

Add my Jasmine Rice on top, and press it down with a spoon, gently.

Sprinkle black pepper, Cajun seasoning and pour teriyaki sauce on top of the rice.

Add my ingredients.

For the crab meat, it was easy to peel apart. I only use two sticks for my first try, but for my second one I only use one stick of crab meat.

I apart the seaweed from the plastic wrap and roll it.

The first sushi I did, I didn't put into the refrigerator right away, I went ahead after I roll it cut it in to sections and roll it with the plastic wrap.
Then place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before eating. To add some chill to it.

Hours later I did another one
The second sushi, after I finish rolling the sushi, I went ahead and use the plastic wrap to roll it up and place it in the refrigerator. Wait for about 25-30 minutes unwra
p then cut the sushi.

It was delicious. Taste just like if I purchase in from the store, or restaurant.

Let me know if you have ever taste sushi, made it, and if you did, which one is your favorite! What was your ingredients? How did it go making sushi!!!????!!!

Thank you
